个人简介

郭丽,教授,博士,硕士生导师,主要研究方向是食品生物大分子结构与功能性、食品营养与酶学相关研究,尤其是淀粉大分子结构与功能特性及其改性方面的研究。现任生物基材料及绿色造纸国家重点实验室专用变性淀粉及功能性材料方向学术带头人,泰山学者特聘专家团队核心成员,兼任山东省食品科学技术学会常务理事,山东省企业管理研究会理事,山东省公共卫生与消毒感控学会营养健康分会常务委员。担任国家自然科学基金项目同行评审专家,Food Hydrocolloids, Carbohydrate PolymersSCI收录高水平学术期刊评审专家。2013以访问学者赴美国Purdue UniversityWhistler碳水化合物中心进行为期一年的有关淀粉改性及其消化营养方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项和省部级项目6项,在Food Chemistry, Food Hydrocolloids, Carbohydrate Polymers等国内外学术期刊第一/通讯作者发表论文97篇,其中SCI 收录84篇。获得2022年《全球2%顶尖科学家》食品科学领域国内前200位。以第一完成人获授权国内发明专利5项和国际发明专利3项,申请国内发明专利9项,2022年获得山东省科学技术进步奖一等奖(第二完成人),2021年获得山东省食品科学技术学会科学技术进步奖一等奖(第一完成人)。
