齐鲁工业大学食品科学与工程学院二级教授,博士生导师,山东省食品科学重点学科带头人,齐鲁工业大学食品科学与工程学部主任,食品科学与工程学院院长,山东省食品发酵工业研究设计院院长,国家粮油技术研发分中心主任,生物基材料与绿色造纸国家重点实验室副主任。国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才、山东省“泰山学者”特聘专家、入选科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才” 、山东省智库高端人才岗位专家、山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家等人才工程,获全国优秀教师、全国师德标兵、山东省富民兴鲁劳动奖章、2017年度“齐鲁最美教师”等荣誉称号。科研成果获得国家、省、市各级科技奖励15项,国内外期刊发表文章153篇(SCI收录103篇)。山东省食品产业创新发展研究院院长,山东省营养保健食品协会会长,山东省食品科学技术学会副理事长,教育部食品科学与工程类教学指导委员会委员,山东省食品科学与工程类教学指导委员会副主任委员,山东省食品药品检验研究院外部理事。
